Do you require upfront payment?
. No, we do not require upfront payment. We do require a 50% deposit after the third day of work. The other 50% is due upon completion of the job.

Do you offer free estimates?
. Yes, we offer free quotes to anyone within Leon, Wakulla, Franklin, and Jefferson counties.

Once I receive my estimate, how do I get on the schedule?
. Your estimate will come as an email from Quickbooks, where you will be asked to accept the estimate. Clients are scheduled in the order their estimates are accepted.

What forms of payment are accepted?
. Cash or check is preferred. However, we also take credit cards (including American Express) with the addition of a 2.99% transaction fee.

Are you insured?
. Yes, we carry Worker's Compensation and liability insurance.

Do you build with composite products?
. Yes, we build all of our composite decks with Trex.

What types of fencing do you offer?
. We currently offer privacy fences, three rail fences, and post-and-wire fences suitable for horses and goats.

Are your fence posts set in concrete?
. Privacy fence posts are set in concrete. The round posts used for horse and goat fences are not.

Do you recommend using concrete forms or setting deck post in concrete?
. We recommend setting posts on top of concrete forms to ensure that water can run off them and prevent rot.

Do you offer any warranties?
. We build all of our products beyond the requirements of the Florida building codes and with the best practices available. However, we cannot guarantee anything as wood is subject to rot and splitting in unpredictable ways.

How long is your lead time?
. Lead times vary but usually range 2-3 months before construction can start.

Do you offer repairs or new construction only?
. We offer everything from deck board or railing replacement to new construction.
